Key Responsibilities
Under the guidance of the Monitoring Station Shift Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring CCTV and alarm systems effectively.
- Conducting routine checks and inspections in accordance with industry standards.
- Following established protocols for alarm activations.
- Utilizing communication systems and computerized monitoring tools proficiently.
- Serving as a liaison for clients, emergency services, and the public.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
- Documenting technical issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Adhering to all operational policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude and possess strong interpersonal skills. A passion for security and safety is essential, along with a valid CCTV Licence.
