About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CCTV Monitoring Station Operator to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, responding to incidents, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to ensure the safety and security of our clients' premises
  • Respond to alarm activations and incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Implement agreed client escalation procedures and carry out relevant duties within the Monitoring Station
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients, supervisors, and peers
  • Maintain a positive approach under pressure and adhere to all monitoring station policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Valid CCTV License
  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, supervisors, and peers
  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail
  • Sound IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
