As an Administrative Assistant, you will be at the heart of the business. Working alongside the Directors, you will prove invaluable in helping support them with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative and secretarial work.

Responsibilities Include:

- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls and direct appropriately
- Organising and managing the Director's diaries
- Handling enquiries and requests.
- Booking meetings and appointments (virtually and office based)
- Remind the Director of any important tasks and deadlines.
- Conduct industry research when required on behalf of the Director.
- Create and/or proofread documents such as legal documents.
- Send documents through AdobeSign for signature.
- Create and maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders including marketing agencies, brokers, investors, etc.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Source any office supplies when required.
- Greeting visitors and provide refreshments as and when required.

Essential Experience Required:

- Must be able to speak English proficiently, spoken and written;
- Effective and efficient at multi-tasking
- Sharp eye for detail and exceptional grammar and punctuation
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Experienced user of Microsoft package including word, excel, PowerPoint and teams.

4 Week temporary contract 10am-4pm Monday-Thursday.
