Facilities Team Leader

The role involves being responsible for the day to day running of the centre including opening and closing, managing the team on shift and ensuring all activities and sessions on the programme run on time. This role also includes Line Management responsibilities for the Cleaning Team.

Experience of Facilities Management and the management of a swimming pool are essential; Ideally with a Pool Plant Operators qualification and NPLQ Lifeguarding qualification, or the ability to pass within the probation period. You will need to be an excellent communicator, well organised and comfortable working on your own initiative.

This role is full time, 40 hours per week on a shift basis, including weekends.
