**Duties to include**:

- Arranging ID checks
- Maintaining personnel files
- Payroll assistance including payslips checks, overtime allowances, PAYE Queries
- Employee lifecycle advice and guidance including induction processes, probation reviews, annual leave and absence management
- Act as note taker for formal meetings
- GDPR compliance

**Key Skills/Experience**:

- CPID Level 3 or desire to achieve
- Solid administration experience is essential
- Experience working within a HR Function desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Empathetic, flexible, and approachable
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent IT skills

**Hours**

0800 to 1600 Monday to Thursday & 0800 to 1530 Friday

(37 hours)
