**Your role**
- Are you passionate about attracting and hiring the next generation of talent and can you build relationships with stakeholders quickly? Are you driven to deliver high quality solutions to your clients? Do you look for ways to improve and enhance processes and practices? We're looking for someone like you to help us to:
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for all campus hiring activity across the UK
- Partner with the Campus Marketing, Recruitment and Learning Team leads in UK and EMEA to ensure client-focused solutions are delivered end-to-end
- Deliver on our Senior Stakeholders (internal to HR and external clients) expectations and provide excellent service delivery
- Project manage cyclical learning programs, such as our Summer Internship, to a high standard
- Build effective relationships with key Business and HR stakeholders across UK
- Drive and implement the communication and engagement plan for key stakeholders in the UK
- Identify and manage risks and costs related to Campus Recruitment for the UK
- Ensure fair and consistent hiring standards are adhered to
- Use and manage MI effectively to inform decision making

- You'll be based in London and report into the EMEA Head of Campus Recruiting. You'll have exposure to a broad range of stakeholders within recruitment and partner closely with the Campus Learning and Campus Attraction teams.

**Your expertise**
- Campus Recruiter experience, ideally gained from within Financial Services
- Experience managing projects
- Outstanding client relationship skills and proven experience of managing senior stakeholders
- Able to manage large volumes
- A good understanding of working in a global and/or complex organization
- A solutions-focused approach to solving problems
- The ability to look at things strategically and make recommendations using data and metrics
- Experience in managing internship programs with a focus on pastoral care and program management
