Join Our Team as a Campus Recruitment Specialist

Frazer Jones is proud to partner with a leading global systematic investment manager to grow their Campus Recruitment team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organization that operates across the UK, US, Europe, and APAC.

This role will focus on leading the recruitment of graduates, interns, and technologists up to 3 years of experience across EMEA. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, external agencies, and universities to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment process for Technology Campus roles across EMEA, establishing and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Assess the hiring needs of the Technology teams and develop job descriptions and specifications accordingly.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies, including events and social media campaigns.
  • Organize and execute campus recruitment events.
  • Partner with the business to ensure a healthy candidate pipeline and progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Research hiring trends and compile recruitment reports and presentations.
  • SOURCE talented candidates through various means, including events, advertising, and databases.
  • Maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience recruiting into campus with expertise in Technology positions.
  • Track record working in Financial Services, preferably in a Hedge Fund or Investment Manager.
  • Ability to be dynamic, forward-thinking, and develop change, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
