About the Role

Frazer Jones is partnering with a leading global systematic investment manager to grow their Campus Recruitment team in London. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Recruitment Manager to lead the development of graduates and interns into their high-performing Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on Technology Campus recruitment across EMEA, assessing the hiring needs of the Technology teams and developing job descriptions and specifications accordingly.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies, including events and social media campaigns, to attract top talent.
  • Organize, plan, and execute campus recruitment events to engage with students and universities.
  • Research hiring trends and compile recruitment reports and presentations to inform business decisions.
  • SOURCE talented candidates through various means, including events, advertising, and databases.
  • Maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
Requirements
  • Proficient experience recruiting into campus with proven expertise across Technology positions.
  • A track-record working in Financial Services, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • The ability to be dynamic, forward-thinking, and develop change, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
