Job Overview

This newly created role will lead the firm's Technology Campus recruitment efforts across EMEA, focusing on graduates, interns, and technologists with up to 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders, external agencies, and universities to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Technology Campus recruitment strategies across EMEA, ensuring close relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Assess the hiring needs of the Technology teams and create job descriptions and specifications accordingly.
  • Design and implement recruitment campaigns, including events and social media initiatives.
  • Organize and execute campus recruitment events, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the business to progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Research hiring trends and compile recruitment reports and presentations.
  • Sources talented candidates through various means, including events, advertising, and databases.
  • Maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in campus recruitment, with expertise in Technology positions.
  • Track record of working in the Financial Services sector, preferably in a Hedge Fund or Investment Manager.
  • Ability to be dynamic, forward-thinking, and develop change, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
