About the Role

Frazer Jones is partnering with a global systematic investment manager to grow their Campus Recruitment team in London. This is a newly created role leading on all Technology Campus recruitment across EMEA, with a focus on graduates, interns, and technologists up to 3 years of experience.

This role will partner on the development of graduates and interns into high-performing Technology teams, working closely with senior stakeholders, external agencies, and universities. You'll have autonomy, run workshops, and partner with leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Technology Campus recruitment across EMEA, acting as the main point of contact and establishing close relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Assess hiring needs of Technology teams and develop job descriptions and specifications accordingly.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies, including events and social media campaigns.
  • Organize and execute campus recruitment events.
  • Partner with the business to ensure a healthy candidate pipeline and progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Research hiring trends and compile recruitment reports and presentations.
  • SOURCE talented candidates through various means, including events, advertising, and databases.
  • Maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.

Requirements:

  • Proficient experience recruiting into campus with proven expertise across Technology positions.
  • A track-record working in Financial Services, ideally a Hedge Fund or Investment Manager.
  • The ability to be dynamic, forward-thinking, and develop change, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
