Frazer Jones is partnering with a global systematic investment manager to grow their Campus Recruitment team in London. This is a newly created role leading on all Technology Campus recruitment across EMEA, with a focus on graduates, interns, and technologists up to 3 years of experience.
This role will partner on the development of graduates and interns into high-performing Technology teams, working closely with senior stakeholders, external agencies, and universities. You'll have autonomy, run workshops, and partner with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Technology Campus recruitment across EMEA, acting as the main point of contact and establishing close relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Assess hiring needs of Technology teams and develop job descriptions and specifications accordingly.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies, including events and social media campaigns.
- Organize and execute campus recruitment events.
- Partner with the business to ensure a healthy candidate pipeline and progress candidates through interview cycles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Research hiring trends and compile recruitment reports and presentations.
- SOURCE talented candidates through various means, including events, advertising, and databases.
- Maintain relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks.
Requirements:
- Proficient experience recruiting into campus with proven expertise across Technology positions.
- A track-record working in Financial Services, ideally a Hedge Fund or Investment Manager.
- The ability to be dynamic, forward-thinking, and develop change, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
