**Principal Responsibilities**
- Build and evolve long-term relationships with universities
- Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events
- Develop and maintain documentation on each interview process
- Work with the HR team to provide reports regarding recruiting efforts
- Develop strategic relationships with target schools through events and partnerships
- Work closely with managers throughout recruiting process and summer programs
- Determine metrics for program success and communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis

**Qualifications/Skills Required**
- Strong understanding of the campus recruiting lifecycle and hiring processes
- Ability to work closely and create partnerships with senior business leaders
- Proven track record working with social media, conferences, events and campus recruiting channels
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with technology and/or diversity recruitment a plus
- Minimum of 3 year of recruiting experience
- Excellent skills in attracting/retaining talent, solid verbal and written communication skills are an absolute must
- Must have the ability to manage relationships at all levels: senior leadership, hiring managers, college administration/faculty, and students
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
