This is the role for you, if you're excited to work on any of the things listed below:

- Build relationships with colleges and universities to establish a pipeline of potential interns.
- Screening and Selection:

- Campus Recruitment:

- Plan and execute campus recruitment events and career fairs to attract top talent from universities and colleges in our top markets.
- Collaborate with college career services offices and student organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Internship Program Management:

- Work with the People Operations and Talent Acquisition team to define internship program objectives, requirements, and structure.
- Assist in developing onboarding and training programs for interns.
- Diversity and Inclusion:

- Relationship Building:

- Reporting and Analytics:

- Use data to refine and improve the recruitment process continually.

The skills you will need to be successful in the above:

- Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of internship program development and best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

The interview process:

- A call with your hiring manager. This is the person who will be managing you day to day, working on your growth and development with you as well as supporting you throughout your career at Goodnotes
- A People Operations (HR) interview with one of our People Operations Leads. This is where you get to see what it would be like working at Goodnotes as well as the chance to ask any questions you may have about our the internship program.
