Are you looking to work in a start-up environment with one of the UK’s fastest growing property companies?

We need an administrative assistant to help our team manage the day-to-day of converting property sales.

We are looking for someone that is:

- Enthusiastic
- Organised
- Driven

**Experience required**:
You do not necessarily need a degree or experience in the property industry however, some administrative experience would be preferred. Training will be provided.

**Description**:
We are looking for an organised individual that can manage and be entirely responsible for a specific number of tasks that must be carried out each day within an investment property business.

This position is perfect for someone who is motivated and is willing to work within a dynamic environment that requires excellent attention to detail.

You will be responsible for:

- Organising Appointments (for viewings, home reports, contractors, etc.)
- Carrying Out Property Valuations
- Publishing Property Listings

Again, training will be provided instructing you how to carry out each of these tasks however, once you have been taught, you will be entirely responsible for their fulfilment.

We are happy to offer a hybrid position but you must be based in or around Glasgow as this is where our office is located.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
