Property Administrator

This is an exciting and varied role providing Property Management administration services to a team of surveyors, assisting them in managing their portfolios of properties and liaising with clients.

**RESPONSIBILTIES INCLUDE**
- Preparing monthly management reports for Client meetings
- Monitoring and updating contractor's health and safety databases
- Arranging risk assessments and audits
- Working with service and supply contractors, securing contract documentation and dealing with contractor enquiries
- Providing a point of contact for clients and tenants
- Dealing with enquiries from tenants and suppliers
- Maintaining and updating service charge budgetary records and reports
- Updating Client Management systems
- Coordinating the payment of contractors invoices
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised team player with previous administrative experience and a great eye for detail.
