An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our Homecare team to support the expansion of the medicine homecare service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational skills with a desire to provide a high quality, safe, effective and efficient service to our patients.

The post holder will be based between UCLH hospital sites and B&D Centre at Brewery Road.

**Key responsibilities will be**:

- To facilitate the supply of medicines to patients receiving their medication via the Homecare Service
- To be the point of contact for homecare patients, the clinical team and homecare suppliers
- To ensure suppliers work within the parameters of the National Key Performance Indicators
- To manage service review meetings with the homecare suppliers
- To support the administrative duties in processing invoices and resolving invoice queries from homecare suppliers in a timely manner
- Supporting other clinical homecare areas when required
