About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Pharmacy team as a Rotational Pharmacy Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in various aspects of pharmacy practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a professional, efficient, and customer-focused service while rotating between Dispensary, Homecare, Purchasing, and Distribution.
  • Support the Pharmacy team in various tasks, including dispensing prescriptions, interacting with patients and staff, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in the coordination of day-to-day administration in the Pharmacy Homecare Hub and Income Team.
  • Receive and check deliveries, order stock from suppliers, and process invoices.
  • Participate in ward and department topping up, ensuring appropriate stock rotation.
  • Process homecare invoices using the Epic homecare module.
  • Filing and saving documents to patient records.
  • Collecting data and producing invoices for private patient medication.

Requirements
  • NVQ2 qualification
