**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the wider Workplace Services and client Team ahead of events, attending weekly meetings to align on the requirements needed from the client.
- Ensure you have all event paperwork accurately in place, including event running order, delivery schedules, client agendas etc.
- Having responsibility for the logístical planning and costing of event, including suppliers, staff and 3rd party contractors
- Exceptional ability to form cross-functional partnerships with support teams to ensure you have the right support to succeed in all circumstances
- Show a driven, hand-on style that guides events best practice and upholds the general vitality of the CBRE and client relationship
- Anticipate the arrival of VIP staff members and guests and prepare appropriately
- Monitors and responds to event activities such as gathering event supplies, equipment needs, food & beverage services, facility security, etc.
- Advising new starters on the correct process for submitting event requests
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors where applicable, with deliveries/schedules and set ups, ensuring all relevant team members are aware of building access, entry and approval acquired before hand
- Ensure all event queries are submitted through internal systems (JIRA) and responded to within a timely manner
- Operate secure stock ordering, receipts/invoices, issues and control systems
**Requirements**:
- Event & Hospitality management experience
- Vendor management experience
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to remain agile and adaptable in a dynamic environment - must be able to prioritise, reprioritize and multitask
- Strong communicator that can confidently speak at team, management and external guests at levels within the business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google’s G Suite and MacOS
