**Meetings & Dinners Coordinator - Part Time**
**Salary: £19.49 per hour**
This is a temporary opportunity until 31st July to work as a Meetings & Dinners Coordinator for a leading, prestigious London university. This role is part time and hybrid, and our client is seeking someone with 2 years minimum previous PA or EA experience to fill the position.
**Meetings & Dinners Coordinator Responsibilities**:
- To coordinate delivery of Council meetings and Council dinners at all stages, from initial planning through to execution, within agreed service standards
- High level administrative support of Council meetings and to the Institutional Events team generally
- Liaison with senior stakeholders

**Meetings & Dinners Coordinator Essentials**:
- Significant previous Personal Assistant experience demonstrating a high level of organisation and time management
- Experience in dealing with issues of confidentiality with tact and discretion
- Experience in maintaining and using back-office functions such as administrative systems
- Experience in event management
- Experience in organising online events such as webinars, conferences and meetings using apps like Teams
