An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a M&E's Coordinator to join one of Londons oldest and most distinguished privately owned hotels. The Washington Mayfair Hotel is located in one of Londons finest locations, Curzon Street, tucked into the heart of Mayfair a few minutes from Park Lane and offering clients a perfect alternative to the famous 5-star Park Lane Hotels. Nearest Tube Station: Green Park

Key accountabilities and tasks related to the Meeting and Events coordinator role include:

Planning and organising a personalised service, tailor made to our clients exact requirements.

Producing proposals, contracts for guests, menus, and weekly function sheets for respective departments, in line with hotel pricing policy and sales direction.

High sense of responsibility for all functions throughout the event.

Liaising closely with Reservations, Front Office & F&B teams to ensure the success of all event bookings.

Checking arrangements are correct and in place on the day of the event.

Ensuring billing is correct and invoices sent out in a timely manner.

Previous hotel experience with a good working knowledge of Opera PMS & Sales & Catering Preferred.
