**Job title**:HR Advisor - 12-month fixed term contract

**Salary**: £30,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- General advisory guidance and support to functional line managers
- Employee Relations Case Management: Investigations, Disciplinary, Grievance, Absence, Ill Health Capability, Performance Management
- Organise and carry out new employee inductions
- Administer probation monitoring
- Undertake Interim (new starter) & Exit Interviews
- Support the Early Careers team as required
- Other ad-hoc duties and project work required to support the business and HR team

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Previous HR advisor level experience
- Experience dealing with case management
- Excellent IT, communication, problem solving, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships across all levels within the business.

Desirable:

- CIPD Level 3

**The HR team**:
This role has been created due to the expansion of the Electronic Systems, HR Team. As HR Advisor you will provide efficient and effective HR advice and support to employees, Line Managers and business leaders and to contribute to the long-term development of the HR function.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to expand your knowledge and work with leading stakeholders within BAE.
