Reed is supporting a client seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their team. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for employee relations and a talent for managing complex ER cases.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Regional TUPE activity, ensuring accurate data for due diligence and compliance with TUPE legislation.
  • Collaborate with line managers to provide coaching and support on disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence management issues.
  • Analyze ER data to identify trends and recommend actions to improve adherence to policies.
  • Develop and deliver ER training programs for internal stakeholders and manage recruitment and leaver administration.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to review and enhance employee management processes.
  • Contribute to business transformation initiatives and stay up-to-date with developments in case law and best practice.
  • Deliver training courses and provide generalist HR support to managers.
