In this role, you'll:

  • Assist activities associated with the entire employee cycle; including on boarding and off boarding processes, recruitment, the SCR, personnel files, absence management and personnel employee administration.
  • Assist with systems and processes to ensure that information and data for the monthly payroll is accurate.
  • Maintain confidential staff files, filing and updating archive records where appropriate
  • Provide support to the People Advisors and People Partner with employee relations administration and assist with notetaking during meetings and discussions

The successful candidate will be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and someone who is able to prioritise their own workload.

This role provides an excellent foundation for building a successful career in HR, equipping you with essential knowledge and hands-on experience.

The role is based in Strood, Rochester, with a hybrid work model (3 days in the office and 2 from home). Hours are 37 per week, all year round, Monday- Friday. We are flexible in terms of working hours, however, our core times are between 10am and 4pm.

Our successful candidate will receive;
