Position: Sales & Installation Administrator

Part-Time: Monday-Friday 10am - 2pm £6,700 - £12,500 pa Dependent on Experience

Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm £13,400 - £25,000 pa Dependent on Experience

At Barry Bros Security the Sales and Installation Administrator’s main area of responsibility is to ensure all tasks related to Security System Sales and Installations are carried out efficiently and according to internal and external procedures.

Our Sales and Installation Administrator needs to have good communication and listening skills, the ability to relate to different types of people and a polite, friendly telephone manner. They also need to have excellent organisational, computer and word-processing skills. Our Sales and Installation Administrator will need to have an understanding of the purpose and background of Barry Bros Security, the roles of other staff and the standard office procedures.

**Areas of Responsibility**

As Sales and Installation Administrator at Barry Bros Security, reporting to the Operations Manager, your main area of responsibility is to maintain an efficient Sales and Installation Administration Desk which includes:

- Taking incoming Sales enquiries
- Handling general sales enquiries and dealing with customer queries
- Ensuring quotes are sent out promptly and well presented
- Liaising with the Service Department regarding potential leads for the Sales Department
- Collating relevant paperwork for handing sales acceptances over to the Installation Departments
- Ensuring appropriate deposits have been received
- Ensuring full contact details for Client, Contractor & Invoicing is received
- Logging each Installation on our Call Management System
- Updating all Sales and Installation calls for weekly performance reporting
- Preparing jobs packs/files for the Operations Managers / Engineers
- Processing all installation related job sheets and documentation
- Producing all As Fitted documentation and NSI Certificates of Compliance
- Any other administration required to ensure the completion of an Installation
- Generating installation invoices
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining feedback
- Ensuring the Quality Management System/NSI standards in place at Barry Bros Security are followed
- Secondary support to the Service Department where required
- Any other tasks that will assist the administration and engineering teams in the successful running of the department

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £6.40-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
