**Title**: HR Operations & Recruitment Assistant
**Location**: Central London Office
**Schedule**:Fulltime (35 hours PW), Mon - Fri, 8 am to 4 pm
**Salary**:Starting offer from £30,000 PA

As the HR and Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily HR operations and actively contribute to our talent acquisition efforts. This includes managing HR processes, handling employee relations, and participating in the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Daily HR Activities**: Manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and records management.
- **Policy Development**: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- **Employee Relations**:Handle employee relations, address queries, and provide support to ensure a positive workplace culture.
- **Payroll**: Collate hours worked and other relevant data to ensure accurate and timely submission of the monthly payroll run, working in collaboration with relevant departments to address any payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
- **Data Management**: Maintain HR databases with precision and ensure data accuracy, including employee handbooks.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:Assist in HR reporting and analytics.
- **Legal Compliance**:Stay updated on UK labour laws and regulations to ensure HR processes and policies remain compliant.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist in preparing legal documents related to employment.
- **Collaborative Initiatives**: Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
**Recruitment & Training**
- **Page Management**: Write, upload, and manage engaging job posts that reflect our unique brand.
- **Training Programs**: Work with the products team to support the implementation of training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.
**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- Passion and existing knowledge of the Korean Beauty industry.
- Qualification in Human Resources, Business Admin, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in HR or Recruitment is a plus.
- Strong EXCEL and Numeracy skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Any level of spoken/written Korean is a plus (but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
