You will also have the opportunity to engage with a range of projects and activities, supporting the responsibilities of the wider Exec Admin and TAq teams, onboarding our new employees and other projects, including Employer Branding, Early Talent and reporting, thus helping to make a positive impact of changing patients’ lives.

Talent Acquisition helps to deliver AstraZeneca’s ambitious business strategy through recruiting best in class talent to meet the needs and demands of the business.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all Exec Admin processes and process maps remain current
- Partnering with other expert functions to ensure a great onboarding experience for new starters.
- Facilitating the NEO (new employee orientation) events from time to time, including organising attendance, managing the delegates, and partnering with presenters for the weekend NEO sessions.
- Collaborating with the broader Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise in wider onboarding topics and contributing to UK and global projects,
- Supporting the broader administration team and helping with other areas of admin when needed
- Raising PO numbers for UK TAq
- Processing Expenses
- Looking for and suggesting opportunities for improvements to the processes and ways to optimise technology
- Contributing to wider TAq Projects

**Your Approach**:
You will be proactive and highly organised with experience dealing with high volumes of transactional work with a high level of consistency and accuracy. You will ideally have gained this experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR environment.

Naturally you will have great communication, presentation and social skills. A focus on delivery, alongside a positive and professional outlook. You will also have an enthusiastic, can-do approach and be confident to suggest process improvements and simplifications where you see them.

**Your Technical Skills**:
