**What’s the opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Gearset?**:

- You’ll be supporting our team of experienced Talent Acquisition Partners who recruit for a diverse range of job roles across the entire company.
- You’ll get to learn about and work with all departments and be a key part in helping us find and hire the best talent we need to continue scaling.
- You’ll have responsibility for supporting a wide range of activities which will enable us to attract, build our own networks and hire excellent talent.
- Become our in-house expert for our ATS system (Lever), you’ll be responsible for owning the reporting and analysis we need to track and monitor our hiring processes. Including creating weekly pipeline reports and analysing key KPIs/ metrics to help us track effectiveness of campaigns and time to hire.

**What you’ll achieve**:

- Create and post adverts across our own and external platforms, to make sure our online advertising activities are up to date at all times
- Use your creativity to carry out admin support, or content creation aligned with our employer brand for social media campaigns, or other recruitment marketing activities where needed
- Support interviewer training and building out internal recruitment resources to deliver exceptional hiring processes
- Identify opportunities for improvements in our process and automation for efficiency
- Make sure that joining Gearset feels special, preparing employment contracts and offer letters, sending them through DocuSign for signature
- Help the wider people team with tasks when required such as new-hire pre-boarding & intern hiring and support during their time at Gearset

**About you**:

- You have superb organisation, time and diary management skills - this is absolutely key for this role
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You’ve got passion for people and a desire to progress a career within in-house recruitment or within a people team.
- You’re flexible and willing to adapt to fit the needs of the role, with a panache for context switching.
- You have a natural talent for prioritisation to ensure that the most important projects are always on track.
- You’re a team player to help shape our rapidly-growing company.
- You’re able to thrive on using your initiative, identifying opportunities to make a difference and willingness to get involved and try new things.

**Great to haves**:

- A degree level qualification or equivalent working experience
- Experience working within a recruitment setting

**Salary and benefits (the stuff you’d expect)**:

- Salary is £24-26k (depending on experience)
- This is a full time opportunity, working Monday to Friday with the option of flexible home working (for most of us that looks like 2-3 days a week in the office)
