Reporting to the Vice President Talent Acquisition, the **Global Talent Acquisition Leader, Commercial** is responsible for delivering a world-class integrated talent acquisition strategy to attract, hire and onboard the best talent for our growth through innovation strategy across the Commercial cluster.

As the **Global Talent Acquisition Leader Commercial**, you will be the primary Talent Acquisition point of contact for aligned HR Vice Presidents, our Senior Executive Team (SET) and SET-1 leaders.

You will be accountable of all aspects of Talent Acquisition strategy and delivery for the Commercial segment. Your role will involve developing and driving integrated global workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy and employer branding strategies. You will play a crucial role in championing internal movement of talent and influencing the succession plan for the business across the talent segment. You will also be responsible for analysing, forecasting, and planning for the workforce supply and demand, ensuring business areas have a right-sized and agile workforce with the necessary current and future skills and capabilities. You will indirectly manage an extended matrix Talent Acquisition team based in global locations and may own global projects impacting broader Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resource issues.

**Essential Skills/Experience**:

- Ability to lead, motivate and inspire with excellent influencing skills without a need for direct reporting lines
- Excellence in producing, analysing, improving metrics across a Talent Acquisition function
- Excellence in managing and meeting budgets whilst driving and implementing best practice standards and consistent high-quality accurate data
- Excellence in developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies
- Demonstrates curiosity and a learning mindset in their approach to innovation and personal development for themselves and others

**Desirable Skills/Experience**:

- Experience of leading and managing the full life cycle of a Talent Acquisition function within a large, complex organisation of ~2000+ hires per annum across multiple locations
- Experience of working in a global organisation
- Healthcare and Life Sciences, biotech or technology sector experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience of implementing and delivering a cost per service model for Talent Acquisition
