The **Talent Acquisition CoE** supports Corteva's growth & overall strategy by finding and attracting the best talent. We are currently looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Consultant Northern Europe (International Recruiter - German - French - English) to join our Talent Acquisition team in Europe, Africa & Middle East based in Munich, Cambridge or Paris office. You will be leading the Northern Europe Talent Acquisition agenda. The role resides in our Talent function, where you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe within Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning and Development.

**Your Challenge**:

- You will be responsible for recruiting activities within Northern Europe countries (France, Germany, Austria, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Nordics).
- Responsible for leading full cycles searches for all business units, across corporate functions and countries.
- You will develop a close working relationship with hiring managers and HR to drive talent solutions and execute recruiting projects.
- Participate in CoE projects and initiatives as required at regional or global level.
- Ensure strong support to our ID&E agenda.

**Location of the role**:

- Munich, Cambridge or Paris office (hybrid or on-site).

**Qualifications**:

- +-10 years of progressive recruiter experience with at least 5 years managing executive & technical international full-cycle talent searches
Experience gained from executive search firm environment and in-house Talent Acquisition. Previous experience recruiting for the Agricultural industry will be a plus.
- A demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing, assessing and delivering challenging and complex searches.
- Digital savyness - ability to adopt quickly new technology and systems. Experience using ATS, CRM, and other HR Analytics tools in daily activities (Taleo, Smashfly, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Visier analytics, Workday).
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and comfortable to interact with all levels of management in multiple languages.
- Effectively manage and execute on a number of challenging priorities at the same time.
- Fluent in English, German and/or French.
