**The Opportunity**:
As a **Talent Acquisition Partner**, **you will be joining our collaborative team with a focus on supporting our people, and bringing in the best talent.

This is a **fixed term hybrid** **role based in our **Cambridge **office, so you will ideally be comfortable coming into the office at least **once or twice a week**. If you’re interested in the role but require more flexibility, please speak to us

**Day to Day**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to take in role briefs and compose engaging job ads for current openings
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Otta, Glassdoor)
- Manage employee referral programs
- Partner with hiring managers, to closely manage expectations and offer advice on the status of open positions
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager to analyse cost of recruitment and set realistic goals on budgets and costs
- Be a champion of our recruitment system (Greenhouse)
- Work on adhoc value add projects (e.g. D&I, Recruitment Marketing, Sourcing Campaigns)**Our EVP helps us tell our story about why so many of our people continue to choose Featurespace **Find out more**:

**Must haves**:

- Experience recruiting into the technology industry as part of an in-house recruitment team
- Solid understanding and experience of full-cycle recruiting
- Experience of creating strong networks and talent pools, with demonstrable experience of headhunting via LinkedIn
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities, and be confident at prioritisation
- Demonstrable skills building strong relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
