**Job Title: HR Consultant / Senior HR Generalist**

**A Day in the Life of our HR Consultant**:
Our HR Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice, guidance, and support on a wide range of human resources issues, including but not limited to employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. They will be a self-starter who is able to work independently, but also comfortable collaborating with others in a team environment. They will have excellent project/task management skills and be able to work to deadlines. They will be an excellent communicator and able to build strong relationships with both employees and management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with management to identify, develop, and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives
- Provide advice and guidance to management on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's mission and values
- Develop and maintain a compensation and benefits program that is competitive and aligned with the company's overall strategy
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR, including but not limited to, employment laws, wage and hour laws, and relevant regulations
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in a senior HR role, with a focus on employee relations, HR policies, people analytics, talent acquisition, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of Employment regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- CIPD certification Level 5 or above preferred

**Salary and Working Hours**:
Between £38 - 45k plus benefits (full-time equivalent). If part-time, a minimum of thirty hours per week, Monday-Friday, minimum 4 days per week. There is some flexibility with the number of hours and the structure of a week.

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
