- A degree level education or an equivalent level of experience in a policy role, or a generalist HR role which includes policy work.

You will be professional, collaborative and discreet in your communication with others and sensitive to the needs of stakeholder groups.

**About Us**:
This permanent position is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team at one of the foremost global Universities, in a role that has real impact.

In return, the University offers an extensive reward package including:

- A generous annual leave entitlement and pension scheme;
- CAMbens Employee Benefits, which provides access to a range of financial benefits such as national and local shopping discounts;
