IDTechEx, a market intelligence company focusing in the area of technology innovation, is looking for an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive company growth. The main focus will be on attracting high quality talent for the company’s Analyst team but may include working with other teams as needs arise.

**Main areas of responsibility**:

- Creating campaigns, materials and adverts showcasing IDTechEx as a great place to work
- Working closely with recruitment agencies, university career services, and suggest and action other strategies of finding people we seek
- Traveling to and attending university recruitment fairs
- Assist managing new starters: offer letters, contracts, on-boarding schedules

**Job requirements**:

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
- Good emotional intelligence with ability to use tact and diplomacy in dealings with others
- High integrity and able to work with confidential and sensitive information
- Enthusiastic team player who can actively contribute in a flexible and adaptable manner
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally at all levels both verbally and in writing.
- Competent with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
- Prior experience in recruitment preferred but not essential
