Salary between £80,000 - £120,000
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to design, drive and the lead the newly created Claims Transformation team for our UK General Insurance (GI) Claims Non-Motor portfolio.
If you are seeking a challenging opportunity, this role could be ideal for you You will be accountable to drive, lead and manage major and complex UKGI Claims programmes at pace to improve customer outcomes, efficiency, and financial benefits ensuring involvement and engagement with key stakeholders.
A bit about the job:
As the Head of Claims Transformation, you will design, drive and lead the Transformation Programme for UKGI Claims Non-Motor whilst providing leadership to transform the UKGI business (Claims) into a data driven, intelligence-led business. You will develop strong stakeholder relationships and provide leadership of the transformation programme as well as manage the multi-million pound assigned budget.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- A vision and deep knowledge of what change delivers, along with having claims and GI experience- Proven experience of leading and delivering large scale transformation change and the ability to convey a compelling and engaging vision of change- Proven track record of strategically aligning financial resources with people resources, technology, process design and continuous improvement to achieve desired outcomes- Ability to work positively with stakeholders to achieve outcomes and deliver change through our People- Resilient, tenacious and outcome focussed whilst displaying passion, integrity and courage to drive the right customer and People outcomes
What you’ll get for this role:
- Salary between £80,000 - £120,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)- Generous pension (starting level Aviva contributes 8% when you contribute 2%)- Eligibility for annual performance bonus of between 0% - 50%- Long Term Incentive Plan (Restricted Stock Units) for high performers, between 10% and 30% of salary- Private Medical Insurance for self- Family friendly parental and carer’s leave- 29 days holiday per year plus bank holidays and the option to buy/sell up to 5 additional days- Up to 40% discount for Aviva products- Brilliant flexible benefits including electric cars- Aviva Matching Share Plan and Save As You Earn scheme- 21 volunteering hours per year
