Claims Transformation Office Lead - Salary £60,000 - £80,000
Are you someone who is super organised, excellent communicator both in verbal and written communication, enjoy working across multi-disciplinary teams, has a strong attention to detail and can join the dots to tell a compelling story or raise a concern. And are you someone who would love to use these skills in an environment to deliver impactful change and transformation in our UKGI Claims function?
This role will be suited to someone who possesses all the above skills and proven change and/or running a Transformation Office. Knowledge of UK General Insurance Claims and Aviva Change Management Business standards is preferable but not essential as you will have the opportunity to learn that.
A bit about the job:
The Claims Transformation exists to provide a holistic view of all claims change activity. This job is to co-lead the Claims Transformation Office to ensure the safe delivery of our change portfolio. There is also the opportunity to shape our change methodology i.e., how we deliver change across UKGI Claims, where our ambition is to shift away from projects that deliver scope to creating products that deliver impact and value.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Knowledge of change and delivery frameworks supported by any relevant qualifications such as APM, P30, Prince 2 Qualifications- Proven experience of working in or running a Programme Management Office (PMO)- Strong commercial and financial acumen- Highly developed interpersonal, advocacy and communication skills to work effectively with individuals, teams and senior Stakeholders.- Strong report writing skills to create documents servicing Boards, Committees, and working groups.
