Transformation Expert

Circa - £65k

You will collaborate with senior managers to define transformation goals and objectives, whilst working with the business to understand business needs as they relate to potential change or transformation.

This is a great job for someone with experience of change delivery across different change delivery models.

A bit about the job:
You will be a key part of the Claims Transformation Portfolio ensuring safe delivery of the Portfolio to time, cost and quality agreements. This role is empowered to ensure we are working at pace on the key activity to support Claims achieving its strategic ambition of Winning in Claims and outcomes aligned to Growth, Customer, Efficiency and Sustainability.

The main purpose of this role is to challenge pace and ambition, performance manage under delivery and clarify and problem solve issues and roadblocks.

The successful individual will achieve this by understanding the value of change, assessing progress and setting bold targets, inspiring the environment, and driving execution at pace where people, processes and tools work together.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Able to clarify and problem-solve issues and roadblocks- Work across the Portfolio to coach, develop and nurture talent- Experience of change delivery across different change delivery models- Clear skills across all change management roles and key project tasks (reporting, finance, governance, risks/issues, planning, insight/challenge, change framework)- Ability to work positively with Stakeholders to achieve outcomes and deliver change through our People
