About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Leadership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Clinical Transformation Directorate, you will be responsible for providing expert input and facilitation in terms of service development, redesign, transformation, and programme delivery.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping our methodology and approach to service development and transformation. They will work collaboratively with clinical and service leads, as well as other members of our senior management team, to identify opportunities for service development and design.

This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, experience of programme management, and a deep understanding of health and social care provision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading service developments and implementing change at a senior level.

The salary for this role is approximately £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
