Key Responsibilities- Participate in the discovery stage of claims projects and contribute to the development of business cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and subject matter experts.
- Design and deliver workshops to gather requirements and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with market-leading claims systems, such as Guidewire, and identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in claims operations and process improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Experience with Guidewire or similar claims systems is highly desirable.
