Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the discovery stage of claims projects and contribute to the development of business cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Design and deliver workshops to gather requirements and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market-leading claims systems, such as Guidewire, and identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in claims operations and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with Guidewire or similar claims systems is highly desirable.
