Claims Project Manager

Marsh's Claims Operations team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Project Manager to join our UK team. As a key member of our Claims Program Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in delivering the Global Claims transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage small to medium-sized projects within the Claims function, ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.
- Establish and manage project governance structures, stakeholder engagement, and project team management.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project scope documents, ensuring business alignment with deliverables.
- Identify, verify, and document functional and operational requirements using requirements management methodologies.
- Develop solution blueprints incorporating business, technical, and data requirements.
- Manage data and MI reporting requests, and assist in developing training materials.
- Strong project management and business analysis experience, with a focus on the insurance domain.
- Experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders, including C-Suite and upper management.
- Excellent data and reporting skills, including Power BI.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
