We are professional established consultancy based in Gateshead. We are looking add an team with an experienced Administrator.

**Duties**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Assist with the preparation and processing of sales orders
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Prepare sales reports and presentations
- Coordinate sales meetings and events
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment process
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
