Join the largest Co-Living provider to support with the operations of the Customer Service team. You have a key role in team management and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times during all customers stay.

**Salary**:up to £32,000

**Working pattern**: 5 days a week on site - Monday - Friday

**Hours**: 9am - 6pm

**Duties and responsibilities**

**Management**
- Manage a team of 3 - 4 Customer Service Advisors
- Ownership and management of the front of house operations.
- Recruitment, induction and ongoing training of new staff.
- Support event management and logistics to deliver an all year-round successful events calendar.
- Maintain appropriate levels of team cover
- Support and work with the entire management team for the purpose of improving the running of the site and upkeep of the building.
- Being proactive and reactive to any operational tasks to ensure a smooth operation.

**Customer Service**
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Support the sales initiative to drive long stay occupancy and member satisfaction.
- Responsible for pre move-in process ensuring due diligence for new members is complete by liaising with Sales and Finance team.
- Responsible for all short and long stay arrivals
- Comply with all relevant health and safety legislation, making members feel welcome and safe, the moment they walk into the building on their first day to the moment they leave.
- Provide a warm welcome to all new and potential members when they enter the building.
- Report and address any members’ feedback, sharing with the relevant teams.

**Experience & Knowledge**
- Positive, professional and customer focussed with a strong client focus and an ability to build relationships
- Experience working in customer facing and sales roles within BTR, Student Accommodation, Hotel or Hospitality
- Highly organised
- Experience of leading a team or keen to progress within management
- Proactive and strong ability to problem solve, multi-task, plan and organise.
- Good verbal and written communication
