As the Production Assistant above all you will be a natural organiser, you will also be agile, proactive, and have that natural energy and spark. This is a role, where no two days are the same.

You will be assisting the Production Manager in managing live projects from concept sign-off to post-production including responsibilities such as:
**Responsibilities will involve**:

- Assisting in all aspects of pre-production including talent searching, locations, licensing, shoot logistics, crew and kit bookings and management.
- Working with the Production Manager to compile and track all production paperwork including call sheets, risk assessments and necessary legal documents.
- Attending key pre and post production meetings, taking detailed notes and ensuring all actions are capturing and clear.
- Responsible for keeping the client ‘Work in Progress’ tracker up to date on a daily basis.
- Owning the updates internal trackers such as cost, freelancers and crew bookings.
- Booking and purchasing props, equipment and products for shoots on time and within agreed budgets.
- Attending shoots and being the go-to person on set for all crew and talent
- Pro-actively research and find new talent for future shoots.
- Sometimes you will be the point of contact for clients on their production days, this may mean early starts and/or late finishes, and extended hours.

**Requirements**:

- Great knowledge of the photo shoot and production process with an understanding of roles and workflows both on set and in a production office environment.
- Previous production experience, scheduling and managing freelance resource
- A bonus if you have experience of working with ecommerce clients/brands.
- Organised, detail-orientated individual with exceptional project and admin management skills.
- Team player who loves to work collaboratively with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances and take on new challenges, driven to continuously improve.
- Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities, working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- High level of self-motivation, discretion and diligence; a positive can-do attitude combined with consideration, passion and enthusiasm.
- Problem solving with the ability to work under pressure and on several projects simultaneously
- PC literate in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
