YourFilm is looking for a Studio Manager to help oversee project management, resource allocation, and client relationships.
Acting as a key liaison between clients, the creative team and external resources, the role ensures high-quality project delivery on time and within budget.
Strong organisational and communication skills are essential .
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and deadlines.
- Allocate resources and manage workload capacity, hiring freelancers when needed.
- Review deliverables for quality control and accuracy.
- Support and manage the creative team, handling feedback and administrative tasks.
- Maintain client relationships, providing solutions and managing expectations.
- Oversee studio administration, including file management and office duties.
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- Able to remain calm and professional in pressured situations while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
- Proficient in project management tools and familiar with creative processes.
- Attention to detail with excellent proofreading abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in Studio, Account, or Project Management in a creative setting.
- Experience with social media or budget management
- Experience with video production/animation.
Details:
- This a full-time (40 hrs p/w), permanent role.
- We offer a 30-day holiday allowance (inclusive of bank holidays).
- You will be working in our office which is located in the centre of Gateshead.
