**The Role**:

- You will be liaising with legal advisors and coordinating appointment for new clients.
- **This is a full time role, but do talk to us about flexible working, including part time and job share opportunities.**

**About You**:

- You have experience of working in a front of house or client-centric professional environment.
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a focus on exceptional client care.
- You are able to work in a busy and highly professional environment.
- You are highly organised, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure and maintaining attention to detail.
- You have a flexible approach and ability to work within a team environment.
- Previous experience of working in a legal or professional services firm is desirable but not essential.
