Digital Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the South West region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, coordinating leads and database management, and planning and managing marketing campaigns for our new build housing developments.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the sales team in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Coordinate leads and database management
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns for new build housing developments
- Set up new development sales suites
- Produce marketing materials, including brochures, CGI, and site layouts
- Support the South West Region's PR marketing, communication, and promotional activities
- Provide general administrative assistance to office personnel
- Contribute to the promotion of social value-related activities, such as community and educational engagement events
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Recognised marketing qualification
- Good knowledge of social value activities and management
- Desirable: knowledge of the new build housing industry and competence in Microsoft Office
