**We are looking for an additional Hire and Service Desk Administrator to join our team at our MILTON KEYNES Depot.**

**Daily responsibilities**
- Day to day involvement in a busy Service office, supporting the management team
- Communicating with Customers
- Taking orders
- Dealing with all hire and service processes including hire contracts, exchanges and breakdowns and updating our Hire and CRM systems
- Dealing with any customer queries in a professional, friendly manner and advising on equipment needs
- Finally ensuring that all opportunities to maximise the company’s sales to a customer are attained
