Customer Service Administrator based just outside Milton Keynes

A successful family run aggregate business is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team

Are you a great multitasker, who is fantastic at building rapport with customers?

Who enjoys a varied role of both administration and customer service?

If so, then we've got the job for you

Monday to Friday (9-5pm), 35 hours per week

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- **
- Being the first point contact by phone, dealing with orders and general enquiries
- Providing the highest levels of customer service with customers on the yard
- Pricing up orders of aggregates (over the phone and face to face)
- Liaising with the team to ensure that the customers' expectations are managed and met
- Printing customer invoices
- Credit control of existing accounts
- Updating the Company website and social media platforms i.e. Facebook

- Excellent attention to detail
- Calm under pressure
- Doer - likes to get stuck in and do what it's required to get the job done.
