- ** Your Role **:The Technical Purchasing administrator will support the Technical Purchasing Specialist for accurate and timely processing of all IT Purchase requests raised via the TOPdesk Service Desk system. The role encompasses the entire procurement lifecycle, and ensures all IT purchasing requests are managed on an individual basis, aligned with approved standard product lists and associated product service catalogues
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Support the Technical Purchasing Specialist with all IT purchase requests logged into the TOPdesk system
- Handling of all telephone contact required to facilitate the above process
- Keeping users informed of progress on requests logged, and maintenance of the call log of actions taken
- To ensure all change request calls are closed in agreement with the customer and that a satisfactory solution has been provided, in accordance with performance and targets to help maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
- Maintenance of standard kit list and monthly pricing with suppliers.
- Liaison with Global Procurement/Regional management to fulfil stock requirements/deliveries and to set forecasting requirements
- Facilitation of Technical Project kit fulfilment (bulk ordering process) #LI-DB1

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- Excellent knowledge and demonstration of providing excellent Customer Service
- Working as part of a team in a customer focussed environment
- Experience of working to agreed timescales and targets
- Experience of prioritising customer requests and invoking escalation processes
- Basic knowledge of IT products, models and functionality of items on the standard kit list
