As we evolve our structure to better serve our clients, we are looking for a Sales Office Coordinator to join the team.

**As Sales Office Coordinator what will you be doing**:

- Be the first point of contact for receiving and confirming customer orders
- Enter customer orders to Careium ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System
- Answer to internal and external requests related to customer order back logs, stock availability, pricing, lead time etc.
- Communicate with fulfilment and distributions partner(s) day-to-day.
- Escalate acute problems or deficiencies in the supply chain.
- Responsible for planning and prioritizing daily order flow with fulfillment partner.
- Manage daily ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) import/exports files.
- Monitor outgoing orders, ensuring that all order lines are shipped according to customer’s confirmed date.
- Notify customers of any delays of confirmed orders
- Provide customers with SIM-files.
- Notify Careium purchase team of any shortages.
- Create and maintain customer delivery addresses, prices etc in Careium ERP.
- Manage and updating fulfillment partners files for setup of customers.
- Mange order returns.
- Communicate with forwarding agents to ensure accurate deliveries to customers.
- Actively contribute with suggestions and implement improvements in the Careium supply chain.

**What are we looking for**:

- Customer service oriented.
- Experience of working in a similar role is essential.
- Structured, methodical & meticulous.
- Good understanding of IT-systems.
- Experience from any ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System would be desirable.
- Ability to work with and understand other areas of the business.
- Confident communicator who can communicate in a clear and direct way with internal and external parties.
- Strives for continuous improvement.
