**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting Sales Team with information required for site visits.
- Researching Tenders that have been issued and distribute to Sales Team for confirmation whether we will tender for the opportunity.
- Completion of SQ’s and returning to issuing body.
- Confirming dates for site visits for tenders with the schools and personnel involved.
- Completion and distribution of Tender document to schools and consultants.
- Assisting Sales Team with presentation documents and marketing collateral.
- Managing Sales Database and Weekly Sales Report plus improving the CRM system
- Supporting other departments in Edwards and Ward
- Collecting & collating customer Feedback on CRM
- Any other duty as reasonably requested

**Objectives**:

- Complete tasks to deadlines set in documents
- Work with the minimum amount of supervision
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Be able to communicate effectively with other staff and clients
- Communication with clients

**Person Specification**:

- Self-motivation to work independently and as part of a team
- Good interpersonal skills
- A positive approach to working under pressure in a busy environment
- Methodical approach to tasks and problem solving
- High degree of initiative with a “can do” attitude
- Discretion regarding confidential information
- Diligent in checking the accuracy of output
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft office and outlook, quick to learn new software packages.
- Understanding of Canva suite and CRM systems will be desirable.

**LOCATION - within an hours drive from Basingstoke preferred**

Pay: £27,114.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
