Job title: Community Hub Co-ordinator

**Salary**: £36,410.81

Location: L11 2SF (Hybrid)

We have an opportunity for a talented Community Hub Co-Ordinator to join our Partnerships team. The Partnerships Team supports Cobalt Housing’s growth and regeneration through a collaborative approach to wider service delivery, which involves joint working with a variety of organisations and fundamentally the community itself. The priority of the role is to support the growth, development, facilitation, and management of our multipurpose Community Hub, which acts as a central point of contact and support for local people and services.

The post holder will be responsible for working collaboratively with stakeholders and customers to create a vibrant and inclusive space that promotes community engagement, collaboration, and well-being for residents and communities. This role requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to community regeneration, growth and development.

The role holder will develop, facilitate, and manage our multipurpose Community Hub, which will act as a central point of contact and support for local people and services. Working collaboratively with stakeholders and customers to support our corporate priorities and projects that contribute to the sustainability of Cobalt neighbourhoods, driving significant improvement to residents’ quality of life.

Cobalt’s standard working week is 35 hours Monday to Friday. At Cobalt we work in an agile manner and you can expect to work both at home and in the office based on business needs and our commitment to enabling staff to work flexibly.
